Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you would like to return or exchange your order or if there is an issue with the print you received, please email us order number and the product you would like to return or exchange to receive a free return shipping label.

How do I cancel my order?

You have up to 8 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any items you no longer wish to receive. If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, you can go to your Order History and click "Request Refund". After clicking this option, your order will be cancelled and no charges will occur. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?

Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may disappear entirely from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.
