Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Posterun, we stand by the quality of our art. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within the first 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process or if you encounter any issues with the print you received, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and specify the product you'd like to return or exchange. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to make the process hassle-free.

Return Conditions

For a successful return or exchange, please ensure the following:

Your return must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for this process to be completed. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order within the first 8 hours after purchase, you can do so by visiting your Order History and clicking "Request Refund." Once you've selected this option, your order will be canceled, and no charges will occur. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

Refund Processing

Depending on your payment method, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, particularly with credit cards, the original charge may disappear entirely from your statement, and you won't see a refund in your account.
