1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this website responsibly and in accordance with the law. Harassment in any form, including via email, chat, or the use of offensive language, is strictly prohibited. Impersonation of others, including Posterun.com employees, hosts, or representatives, is not allowed. You may not upload, distribute, or publish any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invades privacy or publicity rights, is abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Custom Art Orders
When utilizing our Photos to Art interface, you certify that you either own the copyright for the photos or are authorized by the owner to create a photo-to-canvas reproduction.
3. Trademarks
All brand names and products mentioned on this website are either registered trademarks or trademarks of their respective owners and are acknowledged as such.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
Products sold by Posterun.com are covered by a lifetime warranty replacement directly through Posterun.com. We will exchange products that become defective due to normal wear and tear during appropriate use. Shipping expenses during warranty transactions will not be covered by Posterun.com. We reserve the right to deny product replacements for reasons including loss of product, physical damage not caused by wear and tear, misuse, and fraudulent returns. Physical damage must be reported within 7 business days of receiving products for a claim and exchange.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Posterun.com has the right to reject damaged goods and decline any return. All items for return must have a proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. If the RMA form is missing, Posterun.com reserves the right to decline the return. Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are processed after an issued RMA form is received, the purchased items are returned, and the customer specifies the type of return. Refunds are based on the receipt of the item, not when shipped. All returns for credit must be in original condition, including original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee is valid for 60 calendar days, including weekends and holidays. If merchandise is returned after the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee period, a Store Credit will be issued based on the current value of the merchandise. Posterun.com provides a free return UPS Ground label upon customer request. Free Return Shipping is not available for international, 61"x41", 90"x60", 72"x24"x1.5", and 90"x30"x1.5" art orders. Original Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.
6. Product Price Changes
Price reductions on recently ordered items will only be credited if the order is in process. No price reductions will be refunded if the order has been shipped.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Posterun.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account.
8. Typographical Errors
Posterun.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has been charged for an order that is canceled, Posterun.com will issue a full credit back to your credit card account. Posterun.com is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
9. Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable upon your access to the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Posterun.com may terminate these terms and conditions at any time without notice, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.

Posterun.com may deliver notices to you via email, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable methods to the address you have provided.
11. Miscellaneous
Your use of this site is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, U.S.A. Any legal proceedings related to this site shall take place in state or federal courts located in Illinois. Any cause of action or claim arising from the use of this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Posterun.com's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of any provision or right. These terms and conditions may be modified by Posterun.com without prior notice. An accompanying Commercial Invoice may show a "Declared" Value that may not equal the actual value of the items.
12. Participation Disclaimer
Posterun.com does not review all user-generated content but reserves the right to block or remove content it deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or in violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
Posterun.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or its products.
14. Phone Orders
By placing a phone order, you automatically agree to Posterun.com's Terms and Conditions.
15. Purchase Agreement and Payments
Credit card transactions will be processed on the same date as the order. Posterun artwork is made-to-order, and shipment occurs between 5-7 business days after payment capture. By accepting delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions. Attempts to alter these terms by the Customer are null and void. These terms may change without notice.
